WRITING UNDER WATER
Words are wasted,
like writing under water,
there’s no sense in syllables
refracted by a closed mind.
POEMS FOR DIFFERENT DAYS
In this section I have included a small collection of my poetry. Poems like MY MOTHER, IRMA SPERLING IN THE BRAIN CHAMBER, and IN THE U BAHN are written from deep emotion and will, I hope, elicit some response from you.
But like my other writing, I also concentrate on the light and quirky side of life in poems like CIRCE.
IRMA SPERLING IN THE BRAIN CHAMBER and THE KISS show the duality of Vienna.
Perhaps you can decide in what category THE BLACK MOUNTAIN, THE SILENCE OF SPARROWS and CORDON BLEU should be placed.
I have written over a hundred poems: haiku, free verse, sonnets and many other forms; many have been published; some have lingered too long in drawers. Like every poet, I would love them to be published in an anthology.
